Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
UTM Assist is operated by The Ennovative Network LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information UTM Assist collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions go to admin@ennovativedigital.com.
Information we collect
- Your Google account profile. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture, and store them to identify your account.
- What you create in the app. Your UTM framework (approved sources, mediums and naming rules), templates, and the campaign links you generate and save.
- Google Analytics data, only if you connect it. See the next section.
- A Bitly API key, only if you add one, used to shorten links on your behalf.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
The utmassist.com website
The public website at utmassist.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It loads its font from Google Fonts, so your browser's request for the font, including your IP address, goes to Google. Like any web server, ours and Cloudflare's, which sits in front of it, keep standard request logs for security and troubleshooting.
Google Analytics data
If you choose to connect Google Analytics 4, we ask Google for read-only access (analytics.readonly). With it, UTM Assist:
- lists the GA4 properties your Google account can see, so you can pick one;
- reads aggregated traffic for that property for the last 90 days, broken down by source, medium and campaign name, with session counts;
- analyzes those values for tracking problems and saves the result (a health score and the list of issues found, which includes the source, medium and campaign values involved) to your account.
We cannot change anything in your Google Analytics account. We do not read data about individual visitors. The access and refresh tokens Google issues are encrypted before they are stored. You can disconnect GA4 in the app's Settings, which deletes the stored tokens, and you can revoke UTM Assist's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Limited Use. UTM Assist's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features you see in the app. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or let people read it except with your permission, for security, or to comply with the law.
How we use information
- to run UTM Assist: sign you in, save your work, generate links and run audits you request;
- to keep the service secure and fix problems;
- to contact you about your account or changes to these policies.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run UTM Assist, each for that purpose alone:
- Railway (application hosting) and Neon (database hosting), in the United States;
- Cloudflare (DNS and network security for utmassist.com and app.utmassist.com);
- Google (sign-in and, if you connect it, Google Analytics);
- Bitly, only if you add your own Bitly key: the links you choose to shorten are sent to Bitly.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account exists. You can delete saved campaigns and templates in the app and disconnect Google Analytics at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email admin@ennovativedigital.com from the address you sign in with; we will delete it within 30 days.
Security
Connections to UTM Assist are encrypted in transit. Google tokens are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected users promptly if a breach affects their data.
Children
UTM Assist is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
