Terms of Service
Effective October 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of UTM Assist, operated by The Ennovative Network LLC ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them. If you use UTM Assist for an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
UTM Assist helps you set up a UTM naming framework, build campaign links that follow it, and audit the campaign data in a Google Analytics 4 property you connect. The service is in early access: features may change, and some may be added, limited or removed.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it.
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
- Connect only Google Analytics properties and Bitly accounts you are authorized to use.
Acceptable use
Don't use UTM Assist to:
- break the law or anyone else's rights;
- build links to malware, phishing or deceptive content;
- try to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or get around usage limits;
- resell or copy the service without our written permission.
Your content
Your frameworks, templates, links and audit results belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide UTM Assist to you. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Plans and fees
UTM Assist is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged anything, and you can choose not to subscribe.
Audit results
Audits and health scores are automated analyses of the data your Google Analytics property returns. They are guidance for improving your tracking, not a guarantee that your data or reports are complete or accurate.
Third-party services
Google Analytics, Google sign-in and Bitly are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.
Ending your use
You can stop using UTM Assist at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing admin@ennovativedigital.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
UTM Assist is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, The Ennovative Network LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use UTM Assist after that means you accept the new terms.
